Whether you want to enter leagues and club tournaments or gather a group of friends to play socially, we have an affiliation type for your club.
Club Affiliation Steps
League/Competitive Clubs
STEP 1: Club Admin logs into Sport:80 platform and purchases a Club Affiliation (£30)
STEP: 2: Club players set up a profile, log into the Sport:80 platform, purchase an individual membership (junior £10 0r senior £20) and select your club to affiliate to.
Social Clubs
STEP 1: Club Admin logs into Sport:80 platform and purchases a Club Affiliation (£30)
STEP 2: Club Admin purchases a Social Club add-on for the number of players at the club.
STEP: 2: Club players set up a profile, log into the Sport:80 platform, select Social membership from the menu and affiliate to your social club at no cost to themselves.
Club Affiliation
All Clubs will require this type of affiliation.
Affiliation Fee: £30
Clubs are required to have their members affiliate to them through the Sport:80 membership platform as individual Junior (£10) or Senior (£20) members.

- 10 free tickets to Badminton Europe Welsh International.

- Monthly Bwletin& Zoom meetings as required with Badminton Wales TEAM.
- Access to leagues across Wales.
- Development Support from Regional Community Managers.
- BW TEAM Support with club set-up –club toolkit including: – Advice on bank accounts, Grant applications, GDPR, Risk assessments & Safeguarding advice & support.

Social Club Affiliation
This is an add-on to the club affiliation for clubs who don’t play in a league or have players playing competitive badminton in leagues or tournaments.
Affiliation fee based on number of social players at the club.
- 1-10 members = £30
- 11 – 25 members = £50
- 26 – 45 members = £75
- 45+ members = £100
Clubs are required to have their members affiliate to them through the Sport:80 membership platform as social members.
