Due to late scheduled essential work at the original venue outside our control, the Masters National Championships will now be held at Swansea’s LC2 but we have successfully secured the scheduled date. Saturday 9th May.
We know how much this event means to players across Wales and beyond, and we’re excited to ensure the Championships remain a standout celebration of Masters badminton excellence.
Age Groups
Players may enter events in:
• Over 35s, 40s, 45s, 50s, 55s, 60s, 65s & 70s categories.
• You can play in a lower age group but not a higher one.
• You must have reached the qualifying age by 31 December of the previous year.
Events & Limits
• Men’s & Women’s Singles
• Men’s & Women’s Doubles
• Mixed Doubles
• Players may enter up to four events, with a maximum of two of the same discipline across two age groups.
Additional Requirements
• All entries must be completed online via tournament software, with payment submitted at the time of entry.
• Players must hold a Badminton Wales Competitive Membership valid on the tournament date.
