We believe that badminton opportunities should be open to all and we are committed to:
– Developing a culture that enables and values the full involvement of all, embedding and promoting the principles of equality, through the delivery of inclusive badminton
– Creating an environment in which all have equal opportunities to engage in badminton, whether as participants; competitors; volunteers; officials or administrators

– Overcoming potential barriers for those individuals and groups currently under-represented as participants

Badminton Wales believes that everyone should be able to access and enjoy badminton regardless of their gender, race, disability, sexual orientation, background, or circumstances.
Our Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) policy is currently under review pending new official guidance from the UK government following the recent UK Supreme Court ruling.
